I have been trying forever to find this game where a mother takes her son on a vacation to a nudist island (or beach) I remember this scene where they get a tour from a local woman and all three of them lie down on a bed spooning.

I think the first part was that the son did not like going on this vacation so he ran off and is mom had to go find him together with an old guy she met
