Pretty sure it was RPGM, at very least the menu looked like it and it had turn-based combat, MC is a hooded guy that uncovers some cult(?) made out of lizard people that kidnapped his friend and raped him to death. Backstory of the world it was set in was something about the 3 goddesses of life, death and rape. Artwork was a bit crude.
