Identify [Solved] Need help identifying game

My memory on the game is a bit hazy but it revolves around a guy going into a coma from an accident ( i think), loses his memory. He and his younger sister were in love before his coma and I'm pretty sure you get a chance to bang your neighbor and nurse pretty early in the game. The MC may have some mind controlling powers that I'm not 100% sure of.
That's all I can remember. If anyone can pinpoint which game this is, it will be really helpful!
P.S. Its a ren'py game aswell
