Identify [Solved] Need help remembering a fallout parody game

It isn't a based on fallout shelter and it isn't Fall:Out. Combat was turn based, outside of combat you moved one tile at a time along a hexagonal grid with random encounters, it was not an rpgm game. You could invest experience in talents that would increase your stats or even let you build robot companions/breed insect party members. Sex happened within the fights themselves and consisted of animations in small bubbles. It was a pretty basic game that never saw much progress. Wanted to check up on it as when I last left it there was supposedly an update on the way, I believe the game was also sold on itch.

If you ever need, I happen to have found a working link to download the game on another website. I've saved it in my personal Mega account to prevent the vanishing of such gem. The files read "Alpha 4.5" and seem to be the latest version available before its removal from itch.io.

Thank you for helping me out, unknowingly. I've been looking for this game in particular for nearly a month, unable to remember its title regardless of how much I enjoyed and played it.
