I read this old comic a few years ago.

There's a boy at the beach who is bullied/tricked into approaching a woman to tell her he is a virgin and to ask her to play with him. The obvious follows.

The next day he is at the beach again and approaches another woman and says the same thing.

End.

I vaguely remembered reading it about 5-6 years ago, but I couldn't remember who the author was
It's a pretty common scenario - but I searched for hentai mangas with english translations which were tagged with "female:bikini", "male:shotacon" then worked backwards starting from 2011 and glanced through some covers until my memory was jogged
