I don't remember how long ago it was, but I played a game that starts with the heroines party taking on some huge threat. They get total party killed with just her surviving. Then some woman tells her that she needs to raise her level, to which she responds that she's already max level. Said other woman tells her that she can raise her lewd levels which will add to her original levels. MC then has to dungeon dive or do stuff in town to raise this lewd level. I believe the inventory is limited to what she can carry, but that might be a red herring.
