I remember playing an unfinished flash game. It's a 2D turn-based game. A mechanic I can remember is that you can make your own drones from the parts of the enemy drones you have defeated. There where also some fallout-inspired enemies though I can only remember the drones. IIRC, it has battlefuck elements. As for the art, it's pixel-based, I think.
