Probably renpy game. It was some school or college university setting male mc. I remember MC going to his room and waking up seeing ghost girl. MC can touch and fuck her if I remember correctly. She is bound to the school I think she can't leave the school grounds. I think she has been dead for few years and been haunting the school. Your room was hers when she was alive. I think there is two friends you tell it to a male and female classmate or something. I just remember male MC, female ghost girl, school setting. Might have been honey select 1/2 or koikatsu.
