There was a game on here where the premise was your moving in to a house with monstergirls/mythical creature type girls.
I've tried using search and the available tags, but have unfortunately come up empty.
I'm 100% certain it was a Renpy game, I recall having an audio issue in the shower and needing to use the Renpy console to resolve it, although I recall excluding this issue the game being very polished.
I believe the motherly/bread winner figure of the household worked at some sort of adoption agency, was a social worker, or similar, and the girls she housed with you were all others she 'saved'.
At one point the protagonist discovers a girl has mythical traits (I believe it was either cat or water nymph ears?), and she locks herself in her room and refuses to speak to the protagonist.
I think there was a plot point about the motherly figure buying you a phone, uncertain about that.
I believe there was a "gamer-girl" in the house that was more open sexually with the protagonist than the other girls. I believe at one point you're able to hang out in the motherly figure's room doing nothing but keeping her company while she does paperwork.
