Understandable, but that is something that is better to discuss in private.
As of right now, I am paying a fixed pay pr month for the full-time employed, main 3D artist. I have been paying pr render for a part time 3D artist.

What I can say in general, is that I know that high quality renders costs more than the regular, generic renders that most games use. I am willing to pay more than average rates for better than average renders.
I also have finances in order to create the entire game, so it wont run out of money and be terminated because of that.

This is meant to serve as a recruitment thread to find like-minded DAZ artists to help the OP with their AVN projects. If any of you find that your skills were not appreciated/respected, you are welcome to take them offline to sort out your problems there. Otherwise, it may be best to find other commissions to work on assuming that a consensus/final agreement cannot be made. But prolonging the argument on this thread is neither helpful nor productive for anyone involved. Further derailing of the thread with such off-topic conversations/personal attacks will result in thread bans and warnings being given out. You have been cautioned.
