I played this years ago. You start off talking to a shopkeep girl who is your friend and she teaches you how to fight. You have to strip the women as you fight and if you get them naked you fuck them. You can increase your battle power by getting penis sheaths. Some of the girls you fight are a vampire (gothic lolita maybe?), a mermaid, and a pirate. The girl can escape battle but next time you encounter her she'll have the same level of clothing you took off. I'm pretty sure the map was diagonal and on an island.
