Hi, I recalled that game being here but can't remember the name even after looking the 50 pages under the incest tag.
The game was about a guy (age undisclosed but not adult looking) that lives with his mother, sister and after some time his aunt. The MC started to perv on his family members and starts doing favors to gain points, one of the favors was doing dishes. I recall it being hand drawn, made in RPG Maker. The drawing was quite good quality if that helps to discern.
BTW, the game don't pinpoint the family relationship due what I can believe are Patreon ToS, but it lets you determine the relationship via open input.
Edit: I recalled it was an urban house, the game was western not japanese. Also it was similar to Prince of Suburbia, but the draws were more cartoonish than realistic
