I found this game about a year or two ago and it was in an early state. I was looking for more games after finishing LOQO2.
All I really remember about the engine is that it was a newer version of RPG maker.
It started off with you (Male PC) and one or two other party members, one being a female witch-type character. You're fighting a boss monster pretty early in the game and then time resets and you're back to earlier in the timeline. You might do this once or twice more before the PC starts to figure out that time is looping or repeating itself. There was a hub city youcould explore and I think you actually start the game in a forest before fighting the boss monster.
