Identify [Solved]School setting game, help me!

Hi, i've played this game a long time go, from what i remember you are engaged with one of the hottest girl of the school,like prom queen material, but slowly you start to know a girl ....that is not a girl. In fact is a trans girl and you may fall in love with her and drop your girlfriend if you make some choice in the game, i know it's not a lot but please help me! Other things to help: i think it's ren'pi and the graphic is 3d from what i remember.

Ok after a lot of searching i've found it: Life of Desmond, sadly it's abandoned.Another one but with a more simple plot is WVM.
