Been searching through dozens of pages unable to find this game I played a couple of years ago. I don't remember the engine or any specific tags that were included.
It was a simple 2d game with hand drawn graphics in which the player was in bed on the phone to his step-sister (or something like that) and had to balance completing minigames and not getting caught by your step mother who is patrolling the halls outside your door. if she catches you, she will "game over" you (in a good way
). One of the minigames was an "operation" style one where you navigate a maze with the mouse and don't touch the edges to unlock increasingly lewd content. It was quite difficult so I didn't manage to get very far but hoping I've given enough info to identify the game.
It may not specifically be step-family but that's just as much as I can remember.
