I can't recall it but, you are a guy who isn't really liked by his mother, and you try to advance on your sister / roommate, theres the option to get her a superhero costume, i think you help her study in the morning sometimes, she wears glasses and there's a boiler room which features some dom scenes with the mom and lets you change the temperature.
