All I can say about this game is that-
1. The MC was a office worker, had a girlfriend, GF's sister came to live with them.
2. He got promoted at the beginning of the story and there were two female co-workers and one male co-worker. One of the female was asian (probably her name was Izumi or something). And at some point MC had to promote one of the girls to his previous position.
3. His boss had a wife, daughter and once asked MC to come join in a boat trip with his family. His boss had a relation with two office ladies. One of them was his assistant or something and really didn't like the MC.
4. He tutored a girl with whom had sexual relationship very easily.
5. His relation with his GF was going bad. Almost every night MC had to wake her up (she was drunk and sleeping on couch) to go to the bedroom.
6. There was a cafe or something which was open at night and taking a meal there would resupply him with energy.
7. There was a system to make money for himself, working in the office.
8. And, yeah, there was a skill tree type system.
