Identify [Solved] Trying to find a game (Don't remember title)

Not a lot to go on.. but It's a 3d daz/blender game with mind-control/power aspect. One scene in particular I remember is located at the pool in the backyard, I think its the sister (or step sister/roommate/etc) you can mind control her and fuck her beside the house. I think she's being controlled by another person (woman). That's about all I remember. Any ideas?
