It's a game with a mad sciencey girl altering reality with a computer or machine or something . You start off as a guy, but slowly get influenced by said girl to be more feminine and eventually completely a girl. Said girl is a bit of a dom. It turns out story wise that you were (maybe) originally a girl in a relationship with said mad scientist and in love, if you believe the hints in the story towards that. I kind of want to replay the game, but I can't remember the name or if it's even real and not some weird dream turned into false memory. I'd be much obliged if anyone could help in identifying this game.
