Identify [Solved] Trying to remember game with mob boss

I'm trying to look for this game that I played a while ago but can't remember the name of. These are all the details that I remember about the game-
-It started off about this guy who was kinda fat in school
-He lived in a really messed up city (lot of crime)
- His high school love was his best friend's sister
- He worked with a crooked female cop (she was crazy too)
-Moved overseas and eventually became a mob boss or crime boss
-Ren'py game (3D)
-Game was pretty artsy too
