I don't remember much about it, but I know the MC had some sort of female alien lizard subordinate that was (I think) innately submissive to him due to something(either position, or birthright or something I don't remember). I also remember that at some point you free up an enslaved alien, which at the time of rescue is bald and pale looking, but in time, after the rescue, starts growing hair and changes color to a yellowish green. For some other reasons I don't remember(likely political?) you can marry the rescued alien. Also she has an older alien lady around her that is supposed to be her servant or tutor or something. If anyone knows what game this would be, I would very much appreciate it.

EDIT: at one point in the game you can impregnate the lizard girl. After a while, nearing the end of the pregnancy, the alien that you married suggested that you should impregnate the lizard girl again before she lays the current eggs(since apparently that's a possibility with the lizard girl's species, "preparing" the next batch of eggs before the current one is delivered). She also mentions that although it is a possibility, it's also a taboo in their culture.

Maybe Tales from the Unending Void Not a lizard but you have a green-skinned servant/slave gifted to you
It does look similar but no, it's not this one. It clearly had a lizard girl(I remember it since the game even made it clear she's not a mammal, as she had no nipples and could lay eggs). There was actually a very particular scene at one point, maybe this would narrow down the list: at one point in the game you can impregnate the lizard girl. I might actually edit the post and add this detail in it.
