Identify [SOLVED] Weird flashback scene that I remembered

The scene in question has a love interest talking to a guy (maybe mc) and he says he likes her. She starts laughing and he thinks she's mocking him. Later it's revealed how she didn't think he too would "be like that" and was sad about it so that's why she laughed.

I don't expect much to come out of this because I don't remember much. You guys can ask questions and I'll see if I can remember enough to answer.

Wow that's a lot of questions.

The game was made in Ren'Py. Protagonist is male. It's a visual novel. 3D art. I think I've played it so that's why it's coming back to me. I really don't remember much.

I don't expect much to come from this but thank you for taking the time of day to try and help.
