Does anyone remember the name of this game? Pretty recent (less than 8-12months ago) and just seems to have disappeared. Checked bookmarks and went back over 2 years on the Latest Updates page.
There was a Ren'Py game with a.... landlord MC living with his 2.... tenants. All of them were basically the same ethnicity as the "Light Of My Life" characters and I clearly remember certain scenes:

- MC sleeping on couch because there's only 1 bed in the apartment and his... tenant watching TV with him under the covers on Night #1
- The younger tenant likes hugs to the point where the older tenant teases her about it
- They go to the beach and the older tenant is changing in the back of their hatchback car and the MC almost penetrates until another car drives up
- Inside the car there's a dialog choice where the tenants can go down a bi-sexual path that is consumated on the coach when they get home
- I think the last update ended in a threesome on the one bed and then the aftermath upon waking up
