Identify [Solved] What's this MP4 from? (if it's from anything)

saw this awhile back and tried to find the source, but came up with nothing.
i'm not sure if it's from anything per say, but it looks like it might be from a VN which peaked my curiosity. If it isn't, and you still know the source(i.e. creator), then i'd still appreciate it tremendously.
