All I have are some vague recollections, It's about a guy who is some kind of criminal living alone and for some reason gets a younger girl living with him.
I believe it's a ren'py game and probably incest (niece kind of thing). I think he is some kind of driver for the mob and does some pick ups here and there.
Not much to go on I know but let me know if it rings some bells
