I can see pixels, why this isn't like first photo? Why is this not hd?

That is normal, the source files simply were not made with your screen resolution in mind.
I assume you are playing with a 4k/8k monitor?

Thank you bro, I playing 1920x1080 monitor. Do you have a solution?

Looking at the game's thread, it seems to have been made with 1280x720 in mind, rather than 1920x1080.
I did not personally play the game so I could be wrong, even the screenshots in the game thread do show pixels though, so it is also the art's style.

There is no real solution aside from playing the game in windowed mode (with a window of 1280x720).
