As the title says, some games like Magic Night or Village Rhapsody only work when I place them on my C drive (where Windows is installed), I'm not sure why.
Can anyone help me please?
Make sure the filepath is clean of special characters, many engines don't like that.
For instance if you put games under a folder that has your username and your username has special characters some games can have issues. If that is the case your solution is simply to keep games out of such folders or change your user folder name for good.
Another possible culprint is a filepath too long, if that's the case try this.
The problem was fixed thanks to Meaning Less, in the path to my game folder I had a folder named "#" which was the issue, after removing the special character everything works fine now.
