Seeking some games where appearance matters for gameplay?

not just armour and shield, but some gameplay elements are based on the appears
some characters will want nothing to do with with a human
you can transform into a wolf and some characters will respond better than others
you can be found by the cops naked and be arrested
someone can see you naked and grapple you
you can be fully clothed and no one will bet an eye
you can be wearing something skimpy and others will make a move on you

not just rip your clothes off = lose a life
not just bear hits harder, cats hits faster and human is balanced

iirc THC has a system like that where NPCs react to the MC based on clothing (though it may just be comments). Possibly also WoR, but the English in that one is kinda fucked.
