Some problems with emulator

As suggested before, I tried JoiPlay to play PC games on my android and it worked, however everytime I extract the game from the RAR so I can play, my mobile end up with the archives of the games all over the place, images on my photo gallery, music and sound effects on my music list and etc.

My question is: Is there a way that I can play the game without making my phone look like a garbage can?

Most gallery/video/music players have an option to include or exclude certain folders. So put everything into a Joiplay Games folder or something and exclude it from all those apps.

Another alternative is to put all the games in a folder starting with a dot. E.G ".JoiplayGames". The dot signifies that it's a hidden folder and therefore it won't be picked up by most apps, but I'm not sure if Joiplay can read files from hidden folders. Some apps can, some don't. It's what I do with my porn so it never shows up in my gallery or video player. Just make sure your file manager has show hidden folders enabled.
