Help us more bro, which game? Which engine? Does a error shows up? Where you downloaded It? Your system info?
If its a japanese game it could be a location issue, but it usually has a error pop-up

Depends of your game but from my experience it's usually system locale issue
You can fix it by changing your system locale to Japanese or use Locale Emulator
