soo, how do moderators find new 3D animation content creators?

This question has been bothering me for quite a while. It seems like the admins frequently post about new animators, but I have no idea how they manage to find them. Do they keep refreshing Twitter and Patreon all the time? Or do you guys have some sort of trick? I tried searching on Patreon for a while before, but there isn’t a category for recommended browsing or for viewing all 3D animation content. So I’m really curious about how you all find new resources.
