Sorting my watched threads by the date the first post was updated?

I have about 10 pages of game threads watched. It is a good way to keep track of games I'm interested in.

But what I REALLY care about is when a new version of the game comes out.

I don't currently see a way to sort the list this way. Am I just blind?

No, I don't think you're blind. I don't see it either.
While it seems there isn't a convenient way that doesn't mean there is no way. Provided you are fed up enough to learn/use rss reader extension such as

You must be registered to see the links

with the provided rss feed on latest updates page which is this and spent some time setting things up.
