Sound effects packs? Resources?

I have been looking around on here to see if I could find any packs of commonly used sound effects for games (things such as knocking on doors, doorbells, rain loops, car horns etc) Does anyone know of any packs like that which are available here or do I need to keep looking the good old fashioned way?

It's not free but I thought it would be worth mentioning that Humble Bundle is currently running a sound effects bundle, there's a lot stuff mixed there but for the price as long as you like a couple of the assets it's worth it, specially since you avoid any legal problem.

Check the license before buying just to be sure, but if I recall correctly the only thing you can't do is resell them as sound packs.
