I've reached the point where I have to decide between Hellhammer and Wails of Infinity.
Am I correct in the assessment that neither of them has any area of effect, and thus will not be particularly useful to me at this point in time?

Fairly new to this game, and a couple of searches did not answer my question:
Does uniform decision matter on a daily basis, besides the lowering of the mood and outside quests? Like is there an upside to them wearing revealing constantly over their free choice.

This game is like the gift that keeps on giving!!! There has been more done in updates after the completed tag than a crap ton of games suposedly under active development where you get 5 new renders every 6 months. It is awesome and I've recommended to many friends!
Trying to discipline Tris for the Milking Study but after many infraction reports (>20), Moira almost always appears but Tris does not. Bug or have I missed something?

good to hear that you like the game. Regarding the disciplining normally I increase the probability of a character if there is an open quest that requires it. I probably forgot to do that with tris and as she usually comes up only rarely I can see that inconvenience.
Please note that you can roll back the person who gets reported for the infraction if you roll back the report of V in the evening

sometimes certain uniforms are required to unlock certain content, like the random encounters in the elevator or you might need to order a uniform to increase certain stat values. Other than that there is no impact.

I tried searching for this, but there are so many posts about the Infiltrator bot regarding future quests I haven't done yet and I couldn't find any about this early part of it.

I completed Nimhe's favor quest with the Flyboy magazine and afterward the Infiltrator bot was stored in a pod as the WT says. However, the WT says that afterward in the following morning that the Infiltrator will be in a box next to my bed and there should be another quest line. But it wasn't.


From WT:

"The next morning you will find it as a box next to your bed. You can either let

Nimhe know that you have it (unlocks favour) or open the box with your control

unit and take out a bonus item you find inside and then let Nimhe know that

you have the box (unlocks favour too, see Nimhe Quest)."



I have the J-Type bot in that box next to my bed already from a previous quest, so I'm thinking that might be why the Infiltrator bot is still packed away in the pod in cargo? Maybe this part of the quest changed since the WT was created? I stumbled across this from the WT so its not that I'm having any issues, just now I know I'm missing a quest or something. I'm already getting favors form Nimhe, but it appears these other favors are different. Can someone please enlighten me?

I started a fresh run, and but know I should at least have a couple of them ( Tris full face creaming and at least another one with Nimhe) but I don't see them happening at all

My own achievements happen without problem but the girls ones doesn't seem to trigger.

my personal opinion, Wails of Infinity combined with the shield that cloaks on hit makes you nearly invincible

it has been described in many comments in the game and in the walk-through and in the release notes. As we all know release notes and walk-throughs an ingame dialogue will never ever be read by anyone so the secret is safe there.

I can't understand what I have to do... where do I have to go? What do I have to use?

to access this systems inner locations is not required for the game at the moment.

Just clear out the precursor junkyard and get the map fragment in order to gain access to the waystation system

there is no problem known so far regarding the achievements. Quite a few of them come in later.
I will mark this topic for observation in the next testing run.

Can you please add a toggle for this, where the shaving is permanent? I don't want another daily task, and I don't give a single crap about the shaving-activity fetish, I just want the hair gone.

Everyone has their own opinion and here is mine:

Take the Hellhammer.
With 6 underverse effectors, it hits harder than the MK 2 Voron torpedoes and just as hard, if not harder, than the Collapsar torpedoes. It is single target only, but you do have torpedoes for area damage.
With 6 underverse effectors, the only thing I ran into that survived more than 2 shots was the Underverse ship and it took 3 or 4 shots.

It's possible that I overlooked it, but I do not see it anywhere now. Will it disappear after a day or something?

After that mission, the Infiltrator bot should be in a bot container in your ship's cargo.

There should be a small yellow and black box near the left side of your bed, which is the item that the Infiltrator retreives.
If you use your wrist com on it, you can peek inside for an item that you only get one chance at, which unlocks a gallery scene. After you take (or don't take) the item inside the box, you can return it to Nimhe.

Which would require me to have said shield, but then maybe I'll find that eventually.
I will ponder this some more. Or roll back and hope that I find the shield first.
I consider any fight where my useless hull plating takes damage a failure, so cloak is indeed useful.
... wait, if I cloak on hit, why does it matter if I regenerate shield? I wouldn't be hit in the first place.
I reloaded an earlier save so I don't get that choice right now.
Edit: A question to everyone: Money really has no relevance near the end, does it?

Thanks for the explanation. So if my bad memory serves me, I must have not seen it and then told Nimhe about it. And then she picked it up? I possibly could have I guess. I was up late playing and maybe slipped my mind, but I don't recall seeing it let alone picking it up and its not there. Perhaps after the mission if I don't pick it up Nimhe acquires it automatically?

Regardless, it seems this is the start of favors with Nimhe and I'm currently doing that so I think the only thing I might be missing is a gallery shot. Would that be correct? If so no biggie I can possibly pick it up on a different playthru at a later time.

That sounds about right, the crate in question is on the left side of the bed, below the computer table. In the quest the character doesn't pick up the crate, they just go tell Nimhe and she comes and collects it.
That case does kind of blend in with the scenery and if you are looking, say, at the upper left of the screen where the navigation buttons are, you can miss that crate.
