I am always looking to improve user guidance:
- It could be that you just don't like the game concept as its designed, which is fine. Not everyone likes the same kinds of games
- It could also be, and thats what I would be interested to know, that you somehow maneuvered yourself into a corner and are "trapped" in some weird grind loop that shouldn't "be there" (there was a player once who thought he had to earn the money for the ship equipment with 100$ gambles at the space cantina...)
So anyway, if it is some misunderstanding like 2.) I would like to hear about it. That could be addressed by a more stringent user guidance in the tutorial phase.
Honestly, everything just happens too slowly for me, even compared to the Princess and the Tower, and I was using console commands for god's sake. Like when you need to get all the stuff for Krogneath. It's "go to Arellarti, sleep, wake up, fight dudes and/or buy bio stuff from shop, sleep, wake up, go to Illtari, sleep again, wake up, THEN you can sell your stuff to Krogneath and do it all over again. It's also a huge bummer that there's no real way to rewatch many scenes.
So yeah, it's all me, and I'm just some random asshole on the internet. I just thought it sucked that the game didn't click with me because I really like your character designs and for the most part, between the guide and the in game hints, it's pretty clear what you have to do to progress. Like I said, there's a lot to like.
