Looking for a specific game, MC is at a college, opening or very early scene (was part of initial release) Maid comes in to clean room and through a conversation tree with MC, you discover that she's married and stole a necklace from another student. Depending on the choices you can talk her into payment, give/keep necklace, blowjob, etc. She super hesitant to cheat but there's an element of corruption, possibly a power, to convince her all the way up to sex. If you keep necklace you can give to friend later. I think it was either a Unity or Renpy game with animation style like Big Brother-ish from what i remember. It came out around this time last year I think but can not remember name to look up even if its abandoned.
