Identify Specific game

Hey. I'm looking for a game that I played half a year ago. It was made on RPGM (I hope so), but it wasn't playable at the time. Now, I think it might have been updated and fixed. But I can only remember a few details about the game.

It was, if I remember it correctly a Japanese RPG or look alike, isometrical of course, with a female protagonist. She was tall, slender, blonde (or maybe white hair), and innocent. She had a brother and wore a skimpy outfit. She wasn't normal, but I don't know her background. The setting was some kind of utopian cyberpunk city in the future.

The game had mechanics like an always active side window on screen with an animated character avatar and walking/running animations. There was also an RPG menu with a naked character picture and lots of her stats. The game generally looked dark and moody.

If anyone knows what the game is, please let me know. I would appreciate it.

Are you sure it's isometrical and not just top-down? I don't think I've ever seen any game in RPGMaker that used isometrical view. If you aren't sure about the difference, isometric is rotated by 45° - basically if you look at a cube, in isometric view a corner would point straight at the camera.

Anyway, from what I've seen there are only 3 pages worth of results when looking sci-fi female protagonist games in the RPGM or WolfRPG license. I briefly looked through them, but couldn't see any with a white-haired protagonist that matched your other hints. Consider looking through this a bit more thoroughly.
If you remember whether or not the MC did something with her brother, consider adding the "incest" tag. It'll reduce the results to less than one page.

Yes, I think I was wrong about the isometric view. It's exactly a typical RPG, like in RPG Maker, just a top-down view.
And I can't tell if the scenes are animated, because I didn't get to them — the game was buggy and I couldn't go any further, so I dropped it.
