Specific RPGMaker MV game won't launch due to error code 0xc0000005

I am trying to launch

You must be registered to see the links

But for some weird reason it won't start give me error code 0xc0000005
Have 0 issue with any other MV game specifically this one give me this error.
If any one had similar issue with that tile and was able to fix it let me know

I just downloaded this game from here and it is working fine.

Some general things to try in order of more specific to more general:
-rename the .exe to something in english and see if it helps
-move the game directly to C: and see if it runs from there (could be a permission/filepath issues depending on where the game is)
-make sure you have japanese locale and language pack configured
-redownload the game to make sure the version you downloaded previously wasn't corrupted during download or extraction.
-make sure your antivirus isn't blocking the game
-make sure your operating system and video drivers are all up to date

yap thats where i got the game.

Did all mentioned already. It is just very bizarre apparently someone had issue like this with different titles and they were able to fix it by going to the safe mode and figuring which process conflicts with the memory. I will do that later today.
