Does anyone know something similar to "Spot Render" but that allows you to render the selected sector(s) in a queue?... I'm usually good at searching, but this seems to have no solution. But just in case I'm wrong, it's better to ask...

Thanks.

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

Spot render is a fixing tool, therefore something expected to be rarely used. And the spot to render is supposed to change from one render to the other, what imply a manual intervention between each render, what don't really marry with batch rendering.

This said, it's surely doable, and perhaps already done. But, due to its infrequent need, I doubt that you'll find it as a stand alone feature.
You've to look at render tools suits, and scripts suits, description, it will perhaps be part of one of them.

I never try and never hard about it but I think you can render parts of picture without perspective.
Create new camera without perspective and catch part of redered area in next frames - animate camera with small render dimension.
Unfortunately camera MUST be with flat perspective, other way you will not be able to fit parts of picture.

I wondered if there might be a mCasual (MCJ) script for spot render, but some quick searching did not find any keyword matches.
