Could someone tell me why those spots appear on the girl's forehead?

Increase scale of hair by 0.5%... It usually fix that problem...

I've also run into that type of problem if the hair doesn't really fit the size of the head of the figure. I have had some situations where I had to manually increase or decrease the size of the head (or the hair) until it fits better and I don't get the black splotches anymore.

OK, thank you very much. I tried to rotate the head and got something, but very little. I will try with the sizes.
