Probably because they are easy to make. I don't know anything about creating mobile games, but I think that there are engines that can create platform games without much knowledge or efford.

Platformers are the easiest kind of game to shit out using premade assets and code. Unity especially, has a hundred and one different templates for platformers. And squid game because (game based on popular I.P. = more clueless purchases)

I finished playing the game, its a bit wonky with the controls. I was able to complete every level and it's possible while only walking. My only question is where is the hentai portion? [I am stupid i found it nvm peeps xD] I unlocked the gallery but its pretty well dressed people. ( I did not however complete any levels while walking because it took too much time, but every trap is possible to walk past )
