VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - Squirt Game [v0.1.3] [StudentannasIn]

Ah, yeah. Just had to rate this game because the last review is frankly said ... underwhelming and blatantly wrong. now on track.
Since my fellow reviewer based their revised rating on the updated version now, there is no need for me to keep it 5 Stars anymore. Adjusted therefore my rating to 4 Stars.

(First of all it is never mentioned Brenda, the woman you are living with, is MCs Landlady or Mother, canon would be, unless you change their names and relationships deliberately, that she is his teacher who saved him from an abusive foster family care. MCs rent and living expenses are paid by the governments foster care checks, after they changed the recipient to be Brenda.
Walking around in underwear after a few years of living together is not whorish, especially on a hot summer day and she apologizes for it. My female roommates did this, aswell as i did that also, and there was nothing sexual about it. When he sees the picture of her older daughter, the MC already knows who she is, so he has seen her pictures prior to that.)

So in my opinion a review based on bad comprehension, false accusations and subjective preferences needs to be counterbalanced. on a newer version doesn't need counterbalancing anymore.

The artwork, animations, framing and positioning of the characters is good to decent. The females sofar are good to very good looking (although this may depend on your tastes), with the body of Brenda fitting the nowadays popular thicc style (hourglass figure, big boobs, big butt) which is not my favourite bodystyle, but i am ok with it.
Choice of music is ok.
Storyline sofar is cookie-cutter style, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Dialogues are done in a decent english, although a bit bland. One can see english is Devs second language. Proof reading is not direly required but recommended.
Obviously not too much content, because the game just started development.

All in all this is of course not an excellent game yet, but far from being shit.
Probably at the moment above average 3.5 to 4 Stars, but by no means terrible or poor.

I can safely recommened this Game for a test-ride, and you decide for yourself about its quality.

Edit: The only real issue i have is the annoying pacing of the text. If i set text speed to maximum in RenPys preferences i want it to be instant, and not crawling. That's worth to look into, dear Dev. Other than that, good luck with your game, you got my interest.

I had already given up hope in this game because of the way the dev seemed to follow but with this Remake he/she redeemed hisself in my opinion, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE DEMO FROM THE BEGINNING/FIRST RELEASE, if it had been it would be a TOP TIER in terms of interest with the ppl right now without a doubt.
I'll start by giving my opinion on the cons and pros of this remake, but I will make an advance 10/10:

*PROS:
1.- The dev fixed the MC "problem", the proportion now makes sense, now he looks like a young boy and not a 10 year old.

2.- The beginning of the story:
It is no longer a simple, come live with me rent free and the only thing I ask in return is that you do some chores around the house and continue studying, even though I barely know you.
Now you can see a little bit of the MC's background and why the teacher tries to help him, they no longer seem like 2 complete strangers where the woman invites him to live in her house at a moment's notice, great.


3.- Animations, models and characters:
The issue of the MC model being a mess was a problem and you solved it, the most important thing here are the girls of course but by making the MC appear less and when it does appear it looks good was a wise decision.
The girls are great and the animations never disappointed.

4.- This, in the first review I did on the demo even seemed good to me but now that I see it better, this option is not of much use since the vast majority of people use it to apply incest in games where it does not have it but taking into account the story of the prologue and how it unfolds, this option will only serve to change the names of the girls in case you do not like it since it would not make much sense to change it to mom/sister (or stepmother/stepsister) but it's good that it is there for those who want to use it.


5.- The music is now more in line with the situations, it is no longer the same annoying track that was repeated over and over again.
It's not perfect but it's improved a lot.

6.- The game gives you options to decide if you want to see/do certain scenes or not, that makes it safe to play in stream or upload videos about it to platforms where they don't allow this kind of content so it gives it potential to go viral.

*CONS (not really bad things, just issues that I found confusing and/or weird, also the dev already explain them)
1.- The first approach of the "games".
The woman who first approaches us has an apparent motive to help the MC because of the 2 idiots who talked to us when we were waiting for the train, wasn't even bullying at the time, they just said idiocy, that's the only requirement to be recruited or she just thought the MC was cute? I'll assume it will be the second thing because if it's the first one it doesn't make much sense, we'll surely find out in the future.

2. This point really isn't a big problem and it's easy to fix, I'll still say it: Some parts where some characters unravel with the MC don't make much sense, like Lisa telling him that she will make him a HJ just because he was cute with her although Lisa's could make some sense if we look for it since at the beginning of the game she says something that could mean she likes the MC or maybe she's a slut who loves dicks like Sabrina said : ) We'll find out later. She's probably in the games because her father will lose his fortune or something.
Also the teacher seems to be a lonely hidden slut. You know why I say that.

And it would basically be that, I must say I quite enjoyed playing it, if this keeps up I'm sure it will become a very popular game.

Squirt Game [Demo] [StudentannasIn] is a big teaser so far but is looking to be great and potentially unique with the characters and story. The renders and animations we have right now are good as well. I will definitely keep an eye on this project and see where it goes from here.
