I mean, if you look at fnaf erotic clones, these animations are kinda limited. There's little variation and I think only the securihoe is something passable. The ones that are meant to be scary are more just bad modeling work rather than something that looks good but is terrifying. It looks more like a mistake rather than intentional is the problem. At least with the securihoe it looks like there's something that was the goal and somewhat set-out to do. But the animations need more variation between the animatronics and at least three or so between them as not to cause them to become stale throughout the playthrough. Not trying to rip into this game, simply providing constructive criticism.

Got exact same issue (black or dark blue screen depending on which Shader setting is picked) and using opengl3 parameter gave same results as other user.
I'm on an AMD system though, 6700 XT with latest drivers.
Yeah, I'm 99% sure that everything's pitch black because lights don't update by default on Godot using OpenGL, since it's not intended to be ran using that, all the lights' settings are the default, if that makes sense. For future games, I'm changing my art style to not have to rely on complicated lighting systems and have started using Unity for better compatibility.

That's all fair, I'm redoing all the animations and giving them all different stages for the final update, as well an art style change right now that you'll see in future games that's a bit more stylized, so things that are meant to look rudimentary and basic in-universe still look actually good.

The only SNAB character I've modelled so far in the new style is (a post-springlock failure) Golden Bucky, but here's what he looks like
