I agree with the review below that this game is painfully mid.
The art is pretty much the only okay thing about this game, but the gameplay overall just isn't interesting. You pretty much go around different floors of this tower with different themes and enemies with a boss at the end - but you can't just power through every floor to the top because the protagonist wants to stop by the town's guild after every floor (only real purpose this serves is to pad out the game).
The bosses have a random chance of putting you in this battlefuck and depending on how much "Courage" you have, you can resist, endure, or give up to let the boss have their way with you - but there isn't really anything interesting beyond that. Some of the bosses can give you a game over but it just immediately takes you back to the inn in the town, so you've gotta go all the way back to the boss room and fight them again. Luckily, there's a teleporter that you'll get very familiar with if you decide to slog through this game.
So the gameplay loop is basically clearing a floor and its boss, going back to the guild to report, then doing it all over again. Some of the floors have h-scenes you can trigger, but there's rarely any indication that there is one despite that everything else in the game will have an indicator to interact with something - but I wasn't about to waste time interacting with each and every square to find a scene.
After fighting the final boss that you JUST met, the game will give you a book that has the password to unlock all the h-scenes - the only problem with this is that the password is in Japanese so if you can't read it for shit like me, you'll spend a good while trying to input each character. The menu for the h-scenes is heavily stylized, but it's difficult to navigate which scene is which because the only thing that is displayed is a very small section of the protagonist's face during each scene.
I wanted to give this game a chance, but it's just not very interesting.
TLDR: game looks good, but that's all there is going for it. Mid, don't even bother downloading it for the scenes because those are mid too.
