by the moment there are 2 major routes for Anna, Love and Slut ones, but it only matter to how Anna interact with MC, no matter wich route are you playing you can share, steal and avoid almost anything you like

The credits say the backgrounds were made with midjourney. IIRC they don't mention any other credited art though, so could be character models too.

It's kinda odd how romance route + josef/adrien leaving have basically no extra sceneces, compared to how many slut + sharing routes get. I don't recall a single unique scene to romance route other than different kitchen encounters, that slut still has more of.
