Also, keep in mind that the dev is also working on at least one other game at the same time.
It's being worked on. I don't want to commit to any specific date as it's been delayed for so long already, but rest assured that it's not dead.
The lab incident allows this already, but in a more general capacity I've been working on that. I don't know if it will make it in 0.4.0, but worst case scenario it will be in 0.4.1

Getting the MC tfed is pretty fun
There's already a futa start in the game (the transgender one), so just use that for the time being.

Pretty sure after the lab transformation if you started male you get an item that will turn you futa.
