First you need to go look for the missing scouts after that go to the tavern and talk to Helga and tell her that you are interested in her and you will open two scenes with her including this scene

Does anyone know how to progress at this point? I've talked to Luna and it doesn't matter if I agree or refuse using the bad source of power but I can't get anything beyond this dialogue box. Anything I'm missing?
