VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Stepmother's Maid [v1.1] [The Historian]

I liked the concept but it has too many problems, the animations aren´t good they are very short and feel kinda cheap, the worldbuilding was kinda useless in my opinion that could have been in a real world instead of this and it would have more of a cruel impact, because stuff sadly happens with abuse from step families in real life , ut maybe the creator didn´t want it to feel to realistic which is okay. The character don´t really have too much of a personality not even the main character , it would have been better if you saw the beggining of the abuse and not in the middle.

People who like torture can play it and I hope the dev continues with games and gets more experience.

bad animation. bad creativity about sexual stuff. the graphics are passable. fetishes are boring and bad. (armpits, lots of feet, ass, urination, lots and lots of random violent punishment... and very few actual sexual stuff like pussy licking and stuff)

you can skip through all fast so i guess that's a positive that it doesn't waste your time. but it's a really bad game with a lot of missed potential. story is garbage as well and more nonexistent.

i wanted to give it 2/5 but i see nothing which would make it better than anything else. the graphics are not so bad but why use this engine if no real animation? i think this game is just everyone's waste of time.

It's a very hardcore novel which feel a bit unfinished.

The story is interesting but very twisted, also if you don't like extreme corporal punishment and urination you could have a hard time.

Personally, I enjoy the story, wold building and the character but I would have liked more variety in the fetish and more scene to develop character and relationship between them.

A short and basic game that has a pretty good premise and selection of fetishes. Considering this is the very first game made by a single dev, i can compliment the effort and outcome. Good models, good story, even if it feels like it was cut way too short and good sex scenes.

I dont have too many complains about this visual novel, the only reason i cant give it five stars is because its far too short to deserve that.

Overall, good first try.

This game (and whole series around this that could be made), if dev continues with her/his work has a great potential.

Story is very well thought out and whole world behind it, comparing it most of the same cliques that most games on here have (even games with really high budget renders don't usually have that well background story).

You can see render improvements over course of the game which is very promising for future games.

There are not enough games in this genre and they're really not getting the love and attention they deserve, i hope dev sticks with it.

I highly recommend people to try the game.

This is a visual novel where you, Cindy, are getting abused by your stepmother and sisters...

Does the concept has potential ?
Yes, totally.

Does the game in itself is enjoyable ?
Absolutely not.

It's poorly animated, the focus of the game seems to be on the beating with lazy animation (you get literally beaten with bamboo sword 100 times and you got to click literally 100 times to go through it. And then you change position and get beaten again 100 times. It's the same 2 images repeating themselves again and again). Besides, I assume the stepmother could swim better than a dolphin with the freakishly big feet of hers... Oh, and there's no sound at all through all the game. I don't even think this should be call a game since there's absolutely no choice at all neither. You basically just read a book. Which annoy me the most when you read the presentation of the game :
" How long can she bear it? And will she remain a slave to her stepfamily for the rest of her life? ".

^that's dishonest to me because there's nothing at all that you can change in the scenario of the "game", but it imply the opposite. And since this is considered a "completed" game. There's no hope neither.

To resume, if you are into beating girls and monstrous feet licking, that should be in your likings. But if you were hoping to get more sex scenes (pussy and ass worship, forced sex, etc.), well, there's some at the very end of this (very short) game which kind of redeem a tiny little bit of the game (the reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1), but that's about it.

Wouldn't recommend this game unless there's massive makeover.

This game doesn't have the greatest story and the perfect graphics, but if you are into the tags it mentioned then this might be your game. Very fucked up and certainly not for most people, but I liked it

Overview: Crush the protagonists spirit, and body.

Story: This is a VN so it is all story, and that story is mostly "beat the protagonist". The early part focuses on beating her naked body, while the latter is more psychological. This is outright torture porn. The story also includes quite a bit of watersports if you are into that.

Gameplay: It's a VN, buckle up and read. There are no choices except for a single "see/don't see scene" option, on a scene that is far less hardcore that the ones that came before it.

Graphics: Typical Honey Select. Most of the work is in the story, but the graphics don't have terrible flaws. The huge characters with gigantic feet are a part of the story.

Conclusion: If you're into beating, pissing, and humiliation it's certainly fappable. Be aware that the last third has a strong NTR element. IMHO the beating/whipping scenes go on a bit too long, making me at points wonder if they actually make you click 100 times to get through each scene. While this game is "complete", it's also merely volume 1 of a universe of games. It doesn't really conclude in any meaningful sense.
