That scene is when you decide to tell the truth about the Dean to Mike. You can then purchase a recording device to blackmail him into not pursuing Riley. It's not really a sex scene and personally I'm not sure why it was even included in the scene database but it is what it is. That then opens up the part where you can get straight A's for a week or whatever and instead of going on a date with the Dean, you will go with Mike instead.

Ahh, so that gives us both the scene in the replay and the Star Student(Mike) achievement, gotcha, thanks.

dude, literally almost every single game with a female protagonist is a game with a slut female protagonist.
The only thing this game excel in is the visual quality of it.
