It's quite the opposite , he should be grateful he now finally reached the level of other developers games popularity, and his game get leaked instantly here like theirs

I've said this before, and I'll emphasize it again, "There is such a thing as a gentleman pirate."
The first week of a release is when there is a surge in subscribers. That is the only small window when a dev actually makes the peak amount for their efforts. It won't kill anyone if there is a delay of a few days, especially if the long term health of a game is on the line. If you like a project, but can't support them monetarily, you can pirate a game while simultaneously helping the dev earn their keep through patience.
That being said, "a genteman pirate" is a voluntary code. You can't force it upon people. And in the end, one can't blame F95 either. If they won't host the first leak, some other site will. My condolences to the dev for the lost revenue. The only thing he/she can do is to strive for the highest quality and hopefully, the game will still retain enough admirers to still financially back up the project regarless of the speed of the leak.

Of course, I sometimes share links to games and other materials, but I understand that this should be done after some time. The author deserves compensation for their work, and this is important to take into account. I understand that this site is pirated, but people should understand the limits and respect the work of game creators. If you don't buy games, support the developers in other ways, but respect their work.
